For simple flat rate shipping: We offer MYR10 flat rate shipping for orders below MYR250. For orders MYR250 and above, we offer free shipping. These apply to shipping to Malaysia including Sabah and Sarawak.

STORE PICKUP

Please call us at +6012-951 5509 or email us at [email protected] to arrange for self-collection. We currently do not have a physical store but we arrange collections from Seventeen Mall located in Seksyen 17, Petaling Jaya, Selangor.

LOCAL DELIVERY

Local delivery is available for addresses within 10km of our warehouse in Seksyen 17, Petaling Jaya. Please call us at +6012-951 5509 or email us at [email protected] to check eligibility of your local address. Orders can be picked up daily subject to availability.

REFUNDS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. If your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at [email protected] with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition.
